MCBot: Documentation

MCBot is a Discord multipurpose bot targeted at the Minecraft community, featuring functionalities like server status and player lookup.

How to use MCBot

To use MCBot, You must invite it to your Discord Server using this link

Setting it up

Prerequisites:

After inviting the bot, you will require the Manage Permissions to proceed with its setup. Additionally, the bot will need Read and Write Permissions for the designated channel where you intend to use it.

Server Status

To set-up server status in your server you must have a Minecraft Server (either Bedrock or Java)

/server add Command

Parameters:

• ip_or_domain* - The IP or Domain of your Minecraft server

• port* - The designated port for your Minecraft Server

• channel* - The discord channel where the Server Status will be sent

• type* - Type of minecraft edition (Bedrock or Java)

• description - Custom Description you can add

If the command was succesful you should see something like this:
